We operate on a warehouse direct delivery model - one way to streamline our operation and pass on the benefits to you.  You don't have to worry about traffic, weather, or even flu season.  You can shop with us in various ways.  Simply Contact Us via phone, email or even Skype online chatting.  We can take your order in any of these ways or provide you more information to help you to achieve what you want.  Everything can be done on the phone, email or even online chatting with us. Once you place your order, you can simply sit down, relax, and expect your goods or services to be delivered in a timely manner.  Partnering and saving with us is easy!

At this stage, we don't have online shopping cart facility.  We thought it offers us a good opportunity to "listen" to our customers.  This can definitely help us in offering the best value technology to suit want you want with best service.

Product Delivery

All the products will be delivered to the address you specify.  Since we offer a wide range of products, we have a number of different delivery policies. All of these policies are aimed at getting products to you as quickly as possible in a safe way wherever you are in Australia.  Sometimes, the products may come with free delivery when on promotion.  Otherwise, usually only a small delivery fee is applied.  Most of the deliveries are made Monday - Friday, although we do deliver over the weekend under special arrangement.  Urgent delivery can also be arranged even after hours.  This can be very helpful for your emergency repair or after hours system implementation project.

You will know in advance how much the delivery cost is before you place the order.  As soon as you confirm your order, your goods will be reserved for you.  Once your payment is cleared, your goods will be released immediately and dispatched as soon as possible.

There is also very low cost optional delivery insurance you can purchase if the default delivery method for the product doesn't come with delivery insurance.  This can be useful for very valuable or bulky items.

Big and Bulky Items
Big and bulky items, such as a 42" LCD TV, require extra handling and take longer to transport to all parts of Australia. Because of this, additional delivery fees may apply to all products nominated as big and bulky.
